I called Portmoor up (along with every south east london letting agent I could think of) but they didn't have a five bed which is what I needed as we have a large family. However, unlike other agents they didn't try and offer me four beds and be pushy (or just hang up as one agent did!). They took everything down asking lots of questions and I didn't hear back until they actually had something for me to see. Luckily it was just what I was looking for. Every thing was very easy after that and it only took 8 days to get form finding the property to moving in. Very happy so thank you.

Be careful with this agency.
