We had an absolutely terrible experience leasing a Knight Frank managed property in Kensington. Not only did the company refuse to make repairs to the property while we were leasing the flat, they are trying to stick us with unethical fees that we should not have to pay upon moving out. We are still in the process of contesting the fees long after we have moved out, and, of course, have yet to see our security deposit. I had heard negative things about Knight Frank managed properties before moving in, and I ignored them. I would urge everyone to stay far far away from any flat managed by Knight Frank. They are just awful.
