I am very delighted to have found Options Estate Agents. Very youthful team whom let my property within 3 days. Property let in 2009 and I still have the current tenants and they did not charge me any renewal fees , only to draw up new tenancy agreements which i thought was more than reasonable. May not be the cheapest at 5% but you do get more than your monies worth. Very helpful people.
