I am very delighted to have found Options Estate Agents. Very youthful team whom let my property within 3 days. Property let in 2009 and I still have the current tenants and they did not charge me any renewal fees , only to draw up new tenancy agreements which i thought was more than ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
