I have just completed the sale of my elderly uncle's house after ill health forced him to move to a residential care home. From the moment I asked Cubitt & West to market the property I cannot speak highly enough of Adrian and the team. They generated a massive amount of interest in the property through their marketing strategies and open days. Ultimately they achieved a fantastic price for us with more than one potential buyer. Once the offer was accepted the sale went through quickly and without any problems. They made what was an upsetting process relatively stress free and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The agent at banstead branch Kurran dealt with my offer on a property. Once offer was agreed he said he took off the market. I found these agents by far the most helpful whilst I was looking for a property, they were honest and upfront and really tried to find me the property I was looking for whilst managing my expectations.
