I found these agents by far the most helpful whilst I was looking for a property, they were honest and upfront and really tried to find me the property I was looking for whilst managing my expectations. They did not push properties that were out of my budget like a lot of other agents did. When I found THE property they were fantastic, answered all my questions and if they didn't have the answers to hand they found out and came back to me usually within 24 hours if not sooner (depending on the sellers). Throughout the whole process I got regular updates from them about what was happening. I have founded a great property at a fantastic price with only one compromise on what I wanted (rare for a first time buyer) all thanks to them. I also used their Mortgage advice service (Mortgage Matters) and they were also ncredibly helpful and got me a great deal. It was such a relief to get it all under one roof but knowing the advise I was getting was totally impartial. Would highly recommend using them to buy through and after the service I received as a buyer would definitely consider them if I come to sell.
