I lived here for 6 years and during that time they did the minimum required and mostly badly. For instance when the boiler died they did change it but did not decorate to any level. Pipes left open and no effort to hide it. And this was above a work surface used to prepare meals. When you call as a tenant you often get the impression you are wasting their time. They won't get back to you in a timely manner (if at all). The house I rented was old, and had many many issues with damp, including running water down the living room wall. Eventually they fixed the issue but left us with water stained wallpaper in the living room. No effort was ever made to make this damage good. When it came to checkout none of these things had been taken into consideration, and so we are being blamed for damp damage. I've rented many properties and MSE have been the worst. DO NOT USE!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
