I lived here for 6 years and during that time they did the minimum required and mostly badly. For instance when the boiler died they did change it but did not decorate to any level. Pipes left open and no effort to hide it. And this was above a work surface used to prepare meals. When you... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?

- Respond to queries quickly and appropriately - Take into account the age and level of disrepair of the property and push back on the landlord when checking out - Repair faults - If repairing faults do them properly
