Austin Gray is a small estate agents based at the Seven Dials area in Brighton. From start to finish, we found them a godsend in helping us to navigate the tricky and stressful period of selling our flat. The flat marketing materials were produced quickly and to a high quality and we had viewers through the door before it even hit Rightmove. They have a small team there and all the agents have an in depth knowledge of the area and the little quirks of our flat and lease situation (very important in Brighton). The flat sold within three weeks. However, this agency really earned its money in the period between us accepting an offer and exchange of contracts. We had a number of very stressful incidents with legalities and Graham completely took charge, going above and beyond by phoning and emailing us several times a day, even if just to tell us that there was no update. He even called while he was on annual leave! We probably would have fallen apart without this help and I can't recommend Austin Gray highly enough. Don't be dazzled by some of the larger chains' claims of x number of branches. Getting a buyer for your property is only about a third of what an estate agent does for you. Make sure your agent, like Austin Gray, knows what they are doing.
