We have just signed up to use Ian Peats service to rent a house in Nottingham and after looking for reviews so that I could leave this one, am positively shocked at the amount of negatives! I have had 3 different properties in Nottingham over 5 years and Ian Peat has by far been the most considerate, easy to work with, and best communicated agency I have dealt with. We've been emailing Hayley and she has taken care of everything, keeping in mind that we work 9 – 5 jobs she has tried to organise meetings and viewings to the end of the day or around lunch times. Over all, I cannot speak highly enough of Ian Peat's agency.

Worst agent I've ever used never call back when they say they will no maintaince whatsoever after 5 years being a tenant despite bringing up quite serious issues up everytime very bad phone manner actually degrading to deal with them would not recommend I think anyone who's ever had a problem would ... Ian Peat have a 'do the least possible' lettings model. I am a landlord, I know the law, and I'm renting temporarily while refurbing a house locally. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees in line with costs. They simply add 100% to the cost of references.
