well from day of moving from one property to another just become a nightmare the property i moved from was cleaned from top to bottom and the agent came round and told me it was dirty she said the skirting boards were not cleaned properly so they would be deducting money to pay a cleaner to do the job i asked how much this would be and she said £10 an hour i laughed it off and said what cleaner gets £10 an hour ohh thats right her daughter or friend im not stupid ive been played at this game before hence the reason the house was spotless so after a heated argument i told the agent ok then youll have to come back later to which she replied we will charge you more money for that as it would be a second check out again i laughed and said no its because you want to get home it was a saturday i left and refused to play anymore games with her eventually i spoke to the guy in charge at the branch who told me listen lets forget about whats happened and move on well heres where it gets interesting as the house i was moving into was also managed by them so i went to meet the agent to give me the keys and he was late by 1hour and 15 minutes i couldnt believe it even when he managed to turn up there was no sorry or nothing just more interested in wheres the cash i need to go as im late ya dont say ive been sitting outside for over an hour with a van full of my belongings paying two people to help me i was in the property for only a year and eventually moved in with my partner well the nightmare doesnt end there trying to get the tenancy deposit back well thats a whole new story apparently they had no forwarding address for me so they just sat with the money and hadnt done anything about trying to contact me they have an email adress which they have contacted me a number of times they have a mobile number which they have contacted me a number of times but its like anything you want back of them it becomes a problem im so pleased that the house me and my partner have now got wasnt being managed by these lunatics as i would have walked away from it bewarned these are a bunch of cowboys

Don't waste your time! After booking these people for my first year at uni we were horrified. Countless emails to complain about mould, poor appliances, condensation etc was all left on deaf ear.
