Should be 0 stars! JW WOOD ARE THE WORST ESTATE AGENT i have ever professionally and personally encountered! Rude staff, poor communication, inability to deal with timely repairs, lived in a bug infested house for 6 months and now they want my deposit! AVOID

Bad experience , traveled from Leeds to.find lut the property was sold. Don't waste your time! After booking these people for my first year at uni we were horrified. Countless emails to complain about mould, poor appliances, condensation etc was all left on deaf ear.
