Awful awful company all for the landlords and not the tenant please do not use this company. There are private landlords on Victoria Dock use them instead if you have to live in that area. You have to chase up any problems constantly they will not do this with the landlord for you unless you ring and ring and ring. Rude rude rude staff members the old bird with blond hair argues with you down the phone she will scream at you and put the phone down. The old boy doesn't really do much. If you go in to speak to accounts the lady in the corner will not show her face she will shout across to the receptionist and get them to relay everything she has shouted. The girl with the red spiky hair is lovely though she deals with rentals she should not be working in this office. Apart from her there is noooooo customer service skills whatsoever!! Avoid at all costs. Rude rude rude.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Smile, be pleasant, answer queries efficiently a and in a friendly manner. Not exist!!!

Joke of a company. I was shown around a flat. Told I was the first to view it and to hand in my application and that the flat would indeed be mine. Riverside are the worst letting agency I've used. Their teams badly need sending on a crash course in customer service. They come across as inexperienced and unprofessional. It is unfortunate that I had to use Riverside. They monopolise the whole of Victoria Dock. I had the misfortune of renting through them when I lived in Hull for a shortwhile. Always got good tenants very quickly through Riverside. Any problems that arise with the property are dealt with swiftly and promptly so the tenant is happy, if the tenant is happy then they stay, so I'm happy. The whole team come highly recommended ... Read Full Review
