Awful awful company all for the landlords and not the tenant please do not use this company. There are private landlords on Victoria Dock use them instead if you have to live in that area. Riverside are the worst letting agency I've used. Their teams badly need sending on a crash course in customer service. They come across as inexperienced and unprofessional.
