I cannot express how delighted I am with Sab's Estate Agents. They were fantastic to work with and considering the total nightmare that I have had with my previous two letting agents it was fantastic to be able to have such a smooth process on moving into our new place. My partner and I had been looking at several one bed / studio apartments when we found our current property on Zoopla, listed by Sab's. A viewing was simple and quick to arrange and as I was at work my partner viewed the property and expressed how perfect he felt it would be. We arranged a viewing the next day and the property was fantastic! We put down the holding deposit that day and about three hours later we were informed that the landlord accepted our offer! We needed to move in as quickly as possible and it only took a week for all of the referencing to be done! Everything went perfectly, the estate agents were fantastic, the Landlord is great and it has been such a stress free move I still can't really believe it's true. Thank you to everyone at Sab's. I look forward to stress free and pleasant tenancy with you.

Began using Sabs around 2011. 2 flats in Northolt. Lettings only service. All admin was through Faz ( Fahad Baig) and his associate Aga. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
