Began using Sabs around 2011. 2 flats in Northolt. Lettings only service. All admin was through Faz ( Fahad Baig) and his associate Aga. Many years later we realised each year we pay them a percentage of the rental fee , for simply printing a paper agreement to sign ! We decided to take back ownership of the agreements in 2018, as their service fee was pointless expense to both landord and tenant. Faz ( Fahad Baig) was the person responsible for all coomunication. He refused to allow us to terminate the agreement , his claimed that the terms of business did not allow for the landlord to terminate with his agency, which was absolultely disgraceful and claiming false information. He admitted that the ongoing fees was neccessary for no other reason than for his business revenue. Many emails back and forth and he was very aggressive in his communication, extremely unprofessional and ill tempered ,making threats that he would seek recovery of the fees involved, even though it was our legal right to terminate. As he did not respect our multiple sincere requests. We intended to put an end to his bullying and intimidation tactics by seeking legal advice. We clarified where we stood legally and that he was absolutley not entitled to continue forcing us to pay his business fees indefinitley , eventually using solicitors to terminate his ties to our properties and our tenants. He even ignored our requests to transfer the tenants deposit through dps to our ownership. It was a exhausting , stressful cumbersome process which he had deliberately dragged out over the course of a year through deliberate lack of cooperation to claim which we were completely entitled to, and was even longer for us to retrieve the deposit.
