Never ever go to this agent (most unprofessional agent ever came across)....this is the worst i have ever dealt with.....1) you will never get your deposit back easily (as you would need to do through the deposit protection scheme route), 2) get used to mental harrassment if you deal with Mcqueen as they never answer the phone and get back on emails after months, 3) Mcqueen only handles properties with stingy landlord that just cares about money and doesnt care about tenant/landlord relationship, 4) do keep exact details of communications of emails, phone conversations, SMS etc as you will surely need this at tenancy end phase (else she might take benefit of your silly mistakes of not keeping communicaton by claiming unnecessary end of tenancy costs)......5) if you take the tenancy through mcqueen, then get ready to use public toilet for weeks assuming the sewage gets blocked as the repair will take months........all these are my personal experience as we had to shift house and spend another 1000 GBP to just get away with this mental harrassment....... FINALLY MY SUGGESTION, DONT TAKE IT EVEN IF MCQUEEN PAYS YOU TO LIVE THERE AS YOU WILL NEVER BE HAPPY LIVING THERE

Highly unprofessional outfit. I have dealt with this business with respect to management of a flat being rented out. I would highly advise avoiding at all costs. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
