Highly unprofessional outfit. I have dealt with this business with respect to management of a flat being rented out. I would highly advise avoiding at all costs. Never ever go to this agent (most unprofessional agent ever came across)....this is the worst i have ever dealt with.....1) you will never get your deposit back easily (as you would need to do through the deposit protection scheme route), 2) get used to mental harrassment if you deal with Mcqueen ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
