The referencing charges are ridiculous. We weren't happy about paying so much for them to tell us what we already knew. But after that there has been nothing else to complain about. The staff member we dealt with was super friendly and very helpful. She even managed to get us a great deal on the rent which we really didn't push for. This review would say that they are amazing agents and everyone should let with them but I'm not going to go that far. The landlord is a top chap and has sorted out everything we have needed straightaway. So we haven needed to use the agency to sort out a problem. We have not been in long so this might change. Basically we have nothing to complain about beyond the referencing charges.

Hidden behind a very professional front is an agency which will support a landlord at any cost to the tenant. We have had so much trouble with Ashtons, they started the tenancy on a bad note by agreeing a price on the phone then when we came in to sign it had mysteriously increased, by this point we had committed so had no choice as delivery vehicles etc had been booked.
