As a landlord I have used Ashtons before on a Tenant Find Service only and have had no hesitation in using them again. From the start, Karen Harrison has been professional and knowledgeable and on each occasion her team has found me good suitable tenants.

Hidden behind a very professional front is an agency which will support a landlord at any cost to the tenant. I would strongly recommend future tenants do not make any allowances for this agency or their landlords so as to facilitate a smooth tenancy, as this will leave you without any grounds for ... We have had so much trouble with Ashtons, they started the tenancy on a bad note by agreeing a price on the phone then when we came in to sign it had mysteriously increased, by this point we had committed so had no choice as delivery vehicles etc had been booked. The referencing charges are ridiculous. We weren't happy about paying so much for them to tell us what we already knew. But after that there has been nothing else to complain about.
