These agents are awful despite carrying out a review every three months and harrasing you complaining they will do anything to lie there way and cover up the problems in the property and awful condition its in ... but there quite happy to demand to put rent up sky high though no improvements will be done ... They also insist on stating the property was in a clean and perfect quality when moving in when this was clearly not to case with stains and cobwebs everywhere...which you end up having to clean up because they come round every three months and do an inspection and try and blame you for the fact the property is falling apart at the seams...and scare monger you by giving you a list of things that need to be done ...i ve had quite a few estate agents / landlords in the enfield area but this has got to be the worse do avoid for sanity if anything ....

I found these agents not very transparent with each member of staff telling me different things about how many offers had been put on. My calls were never returned and in waiting for whether my offer had been expected, I got a call from them asking if I was still looking for a property! Unhelpful... Read Full Review
