I found these agents not very transparent with each member of staff telling me different things about how many offers had been put on. My calls were never returned and in waiting for whether my offer had been expected, I got a call from them asking if I was still looking for a property! Unhelpful ... Read Full Review

These agents are awful despite carrying out a review every three months and harrasing you complaining they will do anything to lie there way and cover up the problems in the property and awful condition its in ... but there quite happy to demand to put rent up sky high though no improvements will ... I have used a number of letting agents, this has got to be the costliest bunch of agents operating in the UK, and certainly Enfield where they are based. They will charge you for anything and everything, then harass you every two months with very pedantic inspections of your letted property, you ... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
