We had our offer accepted and the property was taken off the market, we paid our mortgage provider to process our application and instructed our solicitor and paid them an up front fee also. One week after our offer was accepted I was telephoned by Lampons to say they had put another offer of a higher amount from another party to the sellers which they then accepted. I have lost a considerable amount of money and feel Lampons are untrustworthy.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I wouldn\'t feel safe even after an offer has been accepted and to say myself the worry and the money I will not use this agent again.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I wouldn\'t feel safe even after an offer has been accepted and to say myself the worry and the money I will not use this agent again.
