They rented a property Elm Cottage Nutley High Street to us 3 months ago knowing full well the property has damp issues, the previous tenant also reported the damp issue and had to move due to health impacts from the damp. DO NOT USE! They rented a property Elm Cottage Nutley High Street to us 3 months ago knowing full well the property has damp issues, the previous tenant also reported the damp issue and had to move due to health impacts from the damp. Same thing happened with the previous tenants furniture, this is our furniture in the summertime, nothing was done and i've noticed they have put the property up to let again, without repairing this damp issue! Looks like same issue with
