I am trying to get the broken items fixed through them for a long long time no response no status , very poor service This happens every time if when there is a maintenance. Will not recommend
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent should contact the tenants to see if the complaints has been dealt accordingly and any possible time it resolves.

Was a tenant for 6 months. They were helpful to start with, but after a month I informed them that the window leaked when it rained. This wasn't repaired over the following 5 months. Quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with! From start to finish of our tenancy they were terrible. They make appointments and then do not turn up, they ignore maintenance requests, they try to take every penny they can get, they lie, do not ever communicate with each other and they are ... I tryed to book in to view this property and asked for the earliest available date to view. Was informed that this was the following Wednesday; as they had to wait for the tenant to move out. Cancelled my viewing appointment 4 times, said they don't have the keys for the property. Found out later from one of their colleagues they've been doing viewings for that property for the last couple of weeks. Poor communication, and the way they talk to foreigners is a pure racism. My back yard walls have had concrete put over the brickwork prior to us renting the property. This is now cracking and falling off in large pieces, so it is unsafe for my 2 year old daughter to play out. If they contacted me as they say they will and when the job that needs doing is done so my daughter can play out safely. Then i would change my mind
