Was a tenant for 6 months. They were helpful to start with, but after a month I informed them that the window leaked when it rained. This wasn't repaired over the following 5 months. Cancelled my viewing appointment 4 times, said they don't have the keys for the property. Found out later from one of their colleagues they've been doing viewings for that property for the last couple of weeks. Poor communication, and the way they talk to foreigners is a pure racism. My back yard walls have had concrete put over the brickwork prior to us renting the property.
