Swift and professional attitude. No delay in paperwork. Excellent communication. I was even a bit surprised how smoothly the things went, starting from viewings and finishing with returning my deposit. Highly recommended.

Clear to see there is a pattern of rudeness to potential tenants and disregard for landlords lack of rental income with this guy. What agent could do to change your mind?
A simple response, Apology and getting a viewing at a time that is conveinent is Great Service - thats the difference small family companies have over larger competitors - you are not using your advantage very well. Train you staff

not happy with service at all. have been a tenant for several years and still have to have 6 weekly checks on the property! have to chase up all enquiries/problems, and have been basically called a liar on several occasions. will not be renewing my ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
