Messed up our original contract and references. Refused to deviate from their template - even refused to remove terms that were not applicable to our property. Tried to tell my partner who is a Lawyer what certain terms within the contract meant. Now 12 months down the line completely messing up the renewal memorandum and trying to charge us

Dealt with Tom Reeve at Parsons Green, who came across as arrogant and inflexible. Provided the lowest valuation out of all agents for a six bed house and I got an offer 15% higher than the Savills valuation, the sale now having completed.
