Dealt with Tom Reeve at Parsons Green, who came across as arrogant and inflexible. Provided the lowest valuation out of all agents for a six bed house and I got an offer 15% higher than the Savills valuation, the sale now having completed. Messed up our original contract and references. Refused to deviate from their template - even refused to remove terms that were not applicable to our property. Tried to tell my partner who is a Lawyer what certain terms within the contract meant. Now 12 months down the line completely messing up... Read Full Review
