The Robert Oulsnam and Company office on the Hagley Road is our closest to the city centre of Birmingham and has been operating since 2002. The office stands on the bustling Hagley Road, one of the main thoroughfares on the way to the city centre at the junction with Bearwood Road. The office enjoys the most promi
nent position of all the Estate Agents and Letting Agents in the area. Our extensive LED window displays advertise an array of properties from studio apartments to large family homes, attracting vast attention from passing traffic and pedestrians.

Tried to arrange a viewing if a property today. They wanted proof of funds and proof of identification otherwise we couldn't view the property. We are cash buyers and have viewed with several other estate agents and never been asked to provide such information. Not prepared to hand over such personal information just to view a house. No other estate agent asked for this unless you are making an offer. Potential sale lost and they didn't seem to care one bit.
