Our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. Throughout the tenancy we reported unresolved maintenance issues that were never properly addressed. At the end of the tenancy, multiple charges were raised, changed over time, and poorly explained, causing unnecessary stress and delays. The deposit dispute ultimately had to be resolved through the DPS, which speaks itself. Communication was slow, unclear, and often required repeated chasing to obtain basic information or cost breakdowns. Based on our experience, tenants should document everything carefully and be prepared a difficult process. Unfortunately, we would not choose to rent through this agency again.

Unfortunately, our experience as tenants was very stressful. Maintenance issues we reported from the start were not properly resolved, and endoftenancy charges were unclear and inconsistent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
