Let's just start with the fact that I've experienced URGENT issues not being dealt with. Had to wait a full MONTH for someone to finally respond. Had constant issues with the cleanliness of the premises due to other tenants, the shared spaces looked like cowshed. Raised the issue multiple times. Their reply was "You should be grateful that you live here". No, YOU should be grateful that I kept your business running and paid you. Just not sure what for as they literally couldn't care less about their tenants. Absolutely baffled by the way some individuals speak to you. If you want a peaceful, cozy place to live in- take my advice and don't bother with this agency.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
