Awful company. We used them to our property and the agent pressed us to sign the paperwork without giving us time to read it thoroughly. We were assured it was "just standard" - its is not - and were given promises of support which they have never provided. We now find that there is no end to how long they can take money from us without giving any service or management of any kind. There is no provision terminating the agreement with them unless we evict our tenants, which we don't want to do and with the regulations, it would be impossible anyway. They never answer the phone, neither do they answer emails in which I have raised my many concerns; they simply quote the company line and threaten us with demands even more money. They also keep your data an unreasonable length of time so you can never get rid of them and your data will be shared with numerous other parties even you haven't agreed to that. Our local solicitor said that Chancellors are so awful that they refuse to deal with them . That says a lot! Their Terms of Business is 24 pages long and even more obscure than the previous ones.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
