Very disappointing experience with Leaders. After my offer was accepted, I was told the tenants would be out by the time the purchase completed. Four months later, I found out the tenants were not even aware they were supposed to move, and I was forced to complete with tenants still in place. This was only made clear after I had already secured my mortgage offer and progressed everything. I have now completed, and three weeks later I still have no clear update on the tenants, no access to my property, and no rent received. I am an investor and have never experienced such an unprofessional service or so many broken promises.
