Dunlop & Co. did not protect our deposit using one of the government approved tenancy deposit scheme. We we asked information about the scheme used, they registered our profile and never pay the deposit in! At the end of the tenancy they were very reluctant to return the deposit, without any valid reason. When we found out they never paid the deposit in a government approved scheme, we had to treat them to take legal action before to see our deposit back.
