This is the worst and most disrespectful estate agent I’ve ever dealt with since moving to the UK. The entire team is unprofessional, with the worst being Michael, who has no idea how to handle rentals properly. They issue fake certificates for heating and electricity, putting tenants’ safety at risk.
The house I’m renting is in terrible condition—the pipes in both the bathrooms and kitchen are rusted, but they refuse to replace anything. On top of that, they lie and create stories to avoid fulfilling their responsibilities. The management is incredibly poor.
I’ve also noticed they fake reviews. Most of the 5-star ratings come from contractors they use to make their service look better. Avoid this agency at all costs!

Just finished renting through them after nearly 6 years,we've had issues none of which I can honestly say were the fault of this very good agent.We got our original deposit back in our bank without hassle and they sorted out all the final details which really helped us a lot.I would without doubt...
