We cannot thank Martin’s Estate Agents enough the excellent service they provided throughout the sale of our Mum’s flat. From start to finish, they were professional, approachable and genuinely supportive. We had previously marketed the property with another agent four months and had very little interest, which was incredibly disheartening. Andrew completely turned things around. He did an amazing job remarketing the flat, and very quickly we received a strong offer. His expertise and proactive approach made all the difference. The legal process turned out to be long and quite complicated, but the team at Martin’s were with us every step of the way. They were patient, reassuring and always available to answer questions or chase things when needed. Their friendly, calm manner made what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. We truly can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend Martin’s to anyone looking an efficient, professional and genuinely caring estate agent.
