I must say no tenants have ever complained about their services and neither do I. Most of all, they are very responsive and handles matters very efficiently. A highly recommended lettings agent in Basingstoke.

They gave me plenty of notice in regards to viewings when the end of my tenancy was near and kept me up to date. Overall I would recommend using Martin & Co Basingstoke for anyone in the housing market.

When I signed up I was automatically enrolled with the Tenant shop who are meant to find you good deals on insurance and bills and stuff (i think they must have some kind of business deal with Martins) and they were awful. I found way better offers elsewhere and were kind of snarky when I said I wanted to figure it out on my own. But Martins themselves have always been fantastic and very kind. Without the Tenant shop it would be 5 stars.
