i would recommend Entwistle Green to anybody looking to selll their house. Collette who did the valuation was extremely efficient and professional. i was amazed at the speed the details were completed and then Collette organised for her staff to view the property to enable them to know what it was they were selling. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with every member within the branch, because not only were they extremely efficient but always friendy and eager to help. Sue always phoned me to let me know exactly what was going on and i never once had to chase up information as through the whole sale process i was kept informed. Even Carol who was not even dealing with my sale, made me feel as if she took a personal interest in me as a client. Entwistle Green sold my house within a week despite other estate agents that we had spoke to telling us that the market was slow and recommending an asking price £30,000 less than Collette suggested. Obviously a quick sale makes everyone happy but my recommendation is largely based on their customer service which is exceptional and demonstarted by every member within the branch.
