I congratulate the staff of Entistle Green on the professionalism of their service.
They made the process of selling my house extremely easy for me and took care of all the details so that I had an absolutely minimum of worry.
Importantly they did exactly what they promised to do and they did when they said they would.
In particular Susan Hall was outstanding. She got me a better price than I thought possible and she was able to secure me a cash offer on the third day of me asking her to act on my behalf. Sue, you were amazing.

The estate agents gave an excellent customer service, kept in touch constantly with feedback from viewings and updating me on any activity they were doing to promote the property. I would not hesitate to recommend them! All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful.They were definately the best estate agents I have used. I tried to sell the house previously with Bridgefords who were hopeless and got everything wrong from the type of prospective purchasers to not turning up for accompanied viewings. Well done Entwistle Green EXCELLENT service in all areas! Left absolutely no room for improvement at all!

i would recommend Entwistle Green to anybody looking to selll their house. Collette who did the valuation was extremely efficient and professional. i was amazed at the speed the details were completed and then Collette organised for her staff to view the property to enable them to know what it was they were selling. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with every member within the branch, because not only were they extremely efficient but always friendy and eager to help. Sue always phoned me to let me know exactly what was going on and i never once had to chase up information as through the whole sale process i was kept informed. Even Carol who was not even dealing with my sale, made me feel as if she took a personal interest in me as a client. Entwistle Green sold my house within a week despite other estate agents that we had spoke to telling us that the market was slow and recommending an asking price £30,000 less than Collette suggested. Obviously a quick sale makes everyone happy but my recommendation is largely based on their customer service which is exceptional and demonstarted by every member within the branch.

Firstly their team were dedicated, staying behind after hours to get the contract started. Through their enthusiasm and efficient networking with relevant parties, interest in the property was generated immediately.
They had good contacts with potential buyers and the advice given about the current property market was upfront and honest. Interest was kept warm throughout, leading to a sale by the end of the first week. ‘Unrealistic' asking prices were brought into line with the current property market by trial and error in testing the market first through our instructions.
I found their service to be clear, courteous, helpful and efficient not only to me but also to my partner throughout the process of the sale, regardless of who I spoke to on any one day. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

After having Entwistle Green out to give us a Market Appraisal we decided to put our property up for sale with them as the valuation they provided came in the middle of the three agents that we had out to value the property. We were happy with the level of interst we had and the service and feed back was always promptly followed up.
After being on the market for around 3 months we made a price change to follow the market, this did encourage further interest and just at the right time we got an offer we accepted. Now we are moving into a rented house to prepare for our new house. We would like to say a big Thank You to the whole team.
