The worst agency that I’ve ever dealt with. As their tenant of 3+ years they’ve failed to deal with an active leak that’s been happening at my property leaving the boiler not working at all. Their contractor is absolutely useless. No one knows what’s going on and the responsibility is being passed onto a different person each time. I’ve been left with no heating and no hot water during the coldest days of the year. I also received no curtesy calls from anyone to inform me how my situation is being handled. Overall very bad communication.

6 Jan 2026We are tenants with the same problem. Our boiler has broken and no one from KFH will help, I even went in person. I have a child in the house and we have no heat. What the heck are labor doing if they can't enforce basic tenant treatment like availability of heat and hot water.
