Our experience with this agency has become nothing short of disastrous. Payments are constantly delayed, communication is inconsistent, and we are repeatedly given incorrect information about what has or hasn’t been paid. We’ve had to chase them endlessly just to receive rent that should have been paid months ago. Despite paying a fully managed service, we end up doing most of the work ourselves. Emails go unanswered, calls are ignored, and when someone finally responds, the information is often wrong or full of excuses. The service used to be reliable, but it has deteriorated to a level that is worse than any previous agent we’ve worked with. Their payment system is chaotic. They blame “system issues” everything, yet nothing ever improves. We are still owed multiple months of rent and RGI payments that they have already received but to hold. This has real financial consequences — we have mortgages and expenses to cover, and their mismanagement puts us under unnecessary pressure. The management team is unresponsive, unhelpful, and provides overpriced quotes basic work. Trust has completely broken down. Every promise becomes a broken record, and nothing they say can be relied upon. Overall, the service is disorganised, unprofessional, and simply not viable landlords who need timely payments and competent management. What was once a smooth operation has now become an abysmal experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this agency with their properties.
