Our experience with this agency has become nothing short of disastrous. Payments are constantly delayed, communication is inconsistent, and we are repeatedly given incorrect information about what has or hasn’t been paid. Brilliant agency! Fees charged to the landlord - a very low set monthly fee, rather than a percentage. In central London this is unheard of. There are no hidden extras; photos, floorplans, check-in/check-out inventory etc are all included. Fees charged to the tenant - also very fair and reasonable

The fees I am charged are very reasonable. With regards to the Tenant Find, they charge very reasonable fees to potential renters.
