LettingSupermarket came highly recommended by another landlord who, like the famous shaver commercial, had tried them and was so impressed he became a director of the company. Even so, I was hesitant to try an internet based agency, but could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the service received from LettingSupermarket. Always available over the phone and via email with help and advice, pro-actively sorting things out for me and just dropping a line to let me know, taking care of my tenants' questions without me needing to get involved. The tenants were found very quickly, and are decent, taking good care of the apartment and keeping the agency informed of any issues, which the agency sort out and, if necessary, let me know about. I have British Gas landlord cover (with no excess), Tony and team seamlessly integrated this into their system so I have no involvement when little things don't work. As an example - when the gas safety certificate renewal date approached, Kate emailed me to ask if she could arrange the inspection and certificate for me. LettingSupermarket also offer this particular service, but Kate was not trying to sell me anything - she knew this was included free with my British Gas home care cover, and was just making life easy for me, with nothing in it for the agency. How refreshing in this industry! My tenants are also very happy with LettingSupermarket, and the way they are treated. I have the fully managed service, however there are other variations and even mix and match options for specific services to meet individual needs, or even, for example, just to cover landlord absence for holiday/illness etc, all seem very low priced. The agency is very efficient, professional and, importantly, trustworthy. For an internet based company, the service could not be more personal and hands on. Add to that the most reasonable charges I have come across. In summary: I would really highly recommend this agency to ANY landlord who wants his property and tenants well looked after - with the bonus of very, very low fees.
