Avoid this company at all costs. What started as a friendly and helpful experience quickly turned into a nightmare once the tenancy agreement was signed. When we moved out, they failed to find tenants and are now attempting to charge us to recover their lost revenue — completely unacceptable. Throughout the tenancy, getting any form of assistance was extremely difficult. We waited over two weeks just to be told who our energy suppliers were, leaving us without gas and electricity. A broken toilet took over a week to be fixed, which shows how little urgency they have when issues arise. At the end of the tenancy, they refused to our deposit, trying to charge us old, stained carpets that were already faded and dirty when we moved in. Although we had the carpets cleaned, we couldn’t provide the receipt and they are now using that as an excuse to withhold the deposit. We even have the deposit protection certificate, yet they are still arguing about how much deposit we originally paid — completely unprofessional and concerning. These letting agents appear pleasant at first, but once you’re locked in, their colours show. Poor communication, lack of support, and questionable practices throughout. Stay well away — an awful experience from start to finish.
