I agreed with pioneer. They are very arrogant when dealing with the tenant, and they don't communicate with each other when it come to complaint, they always using excuses that they did not been inform about the situation. and when it comes to CH broke down, Toilet leaking, fridge freezer don't work properly, they love to use the term "You are not the only person who had the problem, so you have to wait" Mostly 2-3 weeks wait!!! On top of that, when we try to find other property they gave negative reference, to make sure we don't get another place to stay and insisted us to give us back the key cause they have new tenant. Plus they call us on SUNDAY regarding the viewing! This is outrages behavior by all the people from Lovett residential in St. Neots. We have young kids for Christ sake!!! They are lazy, unprofessional, super arrogant and dishonest people. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! PS: I have got friends that been dealing with them with the same service. VERY VERY POOR ZERO SERVICE!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
If they sack all the insisting lazy, dishonest and disgusting manners staffs and change to better deserving unemployed people who have more professional manner and actually value their jobs, may be i change my mind.

My gas supply was comdemned and both gas appliances capped off. This was Friday 16th November.
