Extremely unprofessional Estate agency. Would not recommend at all. 'Manager' Demi is extremely unprofessional and hostile - has no regard Customer service. They have no problems falsifying encounters with customers over email to control their own narrative - however, repeatedly call tenants forcing them to remove factual reviews - otherwise threatening them with legal action. Do not allow your money to go towards this Estate Agent, I hope the Director of the company enrolls the staff on a Basic Human Decency Training Program.

Awful agency. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism and unhelpfulness. Had problems from day 1 when the wrong property was shown...Actual property was rented out to me in an absolute state. Completely filthy, no working boiler, boiler condemned by British Gas. Danvers then refused to help ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
