It was actually quite a difficult and stressful one trying to get a property that i really like and would be happy to live in. i have made a few of application and enquirers with some other letting agency but all to no avail until i stumbled on a certain property that was advertised by Up Estate on Zoopla. I really liked the property and was hoping that i get this one. i made a booking a viewing and was really pleased with what i saw and had no doubt i was definitely going to settle this one, so i made application the property that same day and God so kind, a couple of days later i got an email that my application has been accepted by the landlord. i was super excited about that and began the process to the contract and every necessary step to getting everything done and getting the keys. trust me when i say from start to finish it was a smooth and seamless process. today i am glad that i made that choice and its been everything i wanted living in the property over three moths now. they have a fantastic customer service and responds to whatever challenges or issues you may be facing very swiftly and promptly. yes i would definitely encourage everyone to patronize them and thank me later. thank you Up Estate
