After a rocky start to the sales process we were really happy with the overall service we received from UP Estates. We were particularly impressed with Emily who progressed our sale. I would say Emily went above and beyond to help move things along. She was diligent and extremely well versed in chasing solicitors which was tricky at times. She was also great at chasing everyone in the chain to ensure things were moving along and kept strong communication with us throughout. She was easily the most proactive sales progressor in our chain.

I’ve recently sold and bought through Up Estates and couldn’t be happier with the service throughout.
Charlotte was brilliant from the outset – she got the property on the market quickly, took fantastic photos, and was extremely efficient and approachable.
Jade did a great job managing the negotiations both my sale and purchase. She communicated clearly and ensured everything moved along smoothly.
Emily deserves a special mention – she was exceptional in progressing the transaction on both sides. She worked tirelessly chasing solicitors, liaising with other agents, and keeping the entire chain on track. Her communication and determination made a real difference, and I’m very grateful her support.
A genuinely professional and hardworking team – highly recommend!

We recently sold our house with Up Estates and we cannot recommend them enough!
We had listed previously with other estate agents and we are so glad we changed to Up Estates as the other agents just did not compare in their service and we sold within the first few weeks of listing with them. I truly believe this is because of their friendly and responsive approach both the sellers and prospective buyers and through their and accurate marketing. For example, their description of the property was precise, as were the pictures taken showing our property in its nature which removed disappointment from prospective buyers unlike other agents, whose descriptions were not accurate and photos edited and unrealistic. Charlotte was brilliant at listing the property and with the photos she took.
Throughout the listing and sale Up Estates kept us thoroughly informed and were always reachable, something we struggled with other agents as we had to do a lot of chasing! We also had a dedicated sales progressor whom was really helpful and kept us up to date with progression of the sale both on our end and of the buyers; and whom spoke directly to solicitors regarding matters, which saved a lot of time waiting solicitors responses personally.
The listing and sale was such a smooth and uncomplicated process with Up Estates and their fees are really reasonable and we ever need to move again, we are certain that we would sell within Up Estates again!
