The first WellingtonWise office was established in 2005 in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Since then St Ives has become a property hot spot for many Cambridge commuters, with the introduction of the guided bus route that links St Ives to Cambridge Science Park and the town centre.

St Ives is a picturesque market town on the river with traditional independent stores, bars and restaurants. The town also has all the local amenities, including dentists, doctors, a leisure centre and some excellent primary schools, as well as the St Ivo secondary school.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! This estate agents is awful. The half asleep, incoherent agent that met us at a property viewing was unprofessional, rude and dressed as though they were about to walk a dog. On reading the agents website you would assume that the agents were able to answer simple, frequently asked questions about the properties they market such as, has it gas central heating, how old is the property, what council tax band is it, have the sellers found somewhere else to buy yet, not one of these questions were answered and no effort was made to find out even when we returned to their office. Despite this we actually liked the property and made an offer, however, the incorrect price was given to the sellers. On complaining it became clear as to why the staff acted in the manner in which they do, he was abrupt, rude and dismissive of any error. Due to the exceptionally poor service that we received we decided with heavy hearts that we could not possibly proceed with the property due to the estate agent it was marketed with. The owner whom we contacted directly is in the process of changing agents and was horrified to hear of our experience. It also transpired that an offer hadn't even been put forward to the owners.
What agent could do to change your mind?
A friendly, professional attitude with knowledge of the property they are giving a viewing on. Offers to be recorded in writing and given to the seller within 24hrs with the buyer notified of the decline or acceptance as soon as possible.

I was not impressed with the company. Promised to market with 360 degree video - never happened. Staff were rude and impatient.
